Thanks. That's exactly what it is--a good quality travel or walk-about lens.
Nice set of pics, I've been slacking off making that trip to Gatineau hills for a couple of weekends now. Gotta agree with you on the lens; this is a great convenience lens given the focal range, VR and constant f/4. I had it for a few months but then sold it as it's not my cup of tea.. I'm a recovering pixel-peeper!
