D7000 sensor dirt without lens changes
Oct 16, 2012

I just shot a 3rd event alongside a buddy with a Nikon d7000, (golf scramble) and upon reviewing images, very obvious sensor dirt appeared during the day.  In fact, it got progressively worse. Early images were clean.  NO lens changes were involved.  With the two previous occurances, he used a rocket blower and cleaned it himself.

My question - Is the d7000 prone to sensor crud problems?  Is something inside getting flaky / dispersing oil or some other known problem the culpret?  He's quite upset and I'm perplexed as well.
