LX7: Is it now the time to ditch my LX3 ?

My LX3 has served me very well as a compact carry anywhere cam to complement my micro 4/3 and DSLR kit.

But the LX7 seems to blow it out of the water with high ISO and it would allow me to use my superb LVF2 viewfinder as well.

Any downsides to moving from LX3 to LX7 ?

Is LX7 CMOS worse than the LX3 CCD at base ISO (that is my fear) ? I have been stunned by the IQ of my LX3 at 24mm and base ISO - do you think the LX7 is as good?
