Manual exposure in video mode won't work...

Nevermind I have a poor but functional workaround.
I still can't make it do manual video from the "M" position, but another forum post pointed out you can make the "movie" dial setting do manual only from a menu setting, which seems to be working... still seems like something here isn't working right, in M mode hitting video should stay manual, not flip to P. I guess I'll be happy I have some way to make it work for now.
