FZ200 quality issues or unhappy buyers?

Two of them were mine.  Within a month of getting my first one they lowered the price by $50.00 to $549.  When I contacted Amazon they would do nothing for me and said to return the first one and rebuy.  So that's what I did.  Before the second one arrived, I found a deal at Newegg for $499.  So I returned the second one without ever taking it out of the box.  Today I emailed Amazon about my new Olympus lens.  They are offering 2% back on electronics.  I had ordered the lens in June, but didn't get it until recently.  They kindly credited me with 2% of the purchase price.  So I guess I didn't need to send the first camera back to Amazon, I should've tried a different CSR.  Others may have done the same thing.
