Need to find OMD charger replacement

Hello.

So, my brand new OMD charger stopped working.

I will deal with Olympus on this matter, but before that, I need to find a replacement charger ASAP.

I've seen several posts here about the good, the bad and the ugly chargers.  Some of them supposedly do not charge the battery fully.

Can someone give me an idea which brand of charger should I order on Ebay or Amazon?

Which is the best one, outside of the original Olympus brand?

Also, I doubt that you can charge the battery through the USB cable while in camera.  Is this correct?

I do not have the cable with me right now to try if it works.
