With Photoshop CS6 ACR or Lightroom, start out by pushing Contrast, Shadows, Blacks, Clarity, and Vibrance all the way to the right. Then pull back Saturation to the left. This will get you in the ballpark but you will need to go back and readjust your sliders some or blend the results with the original image.
