PB820 battery pack problem

Hi yesterday during a wedding my godox pb820 battery pack died on me. I have used it about 12 times since last year that I bought it. The pack is dead now (no lights, charging, or any sort of activity).
Can somebody so kind share a similar probelm and hopefully a solution to it?
