Upside down street style? Upside down camera good for discree shooting?

I'm trying to work on a discreet shooting style.  Think of a camera upside down tilt screen for framing, touch screen or cable release teathered around the neck attached to tripod mount

When upside down away from face it is not a presence that makes subjects change behavior much.  What do you think ?

Thinking OMD and a wide to semi wide prime for shots under ten feet.
