SX50 and SX40, IQ Side by Side

I all ready posted these but they are buried where some might not find it. My apologies to those that already viewed it.

No winner or loser here, just some samples that I took for my own decision process.

These are one shot only. I gave the camera no second chance to focus.

I labeled them with sticky notes so they would stay truly SOOC.

Distance was 37.5 feet. Full Zoom.

Custom Colors are all default. (Sharpness, Contrast etc.)

IS off.

Tripod mounted 10sec timer used.

-2/3 exposure adjustment.

Auto Focus used.

Noise Reduction Setting L,S,or H shown on green label. (SX50)
