Thanks for the info about the new system for reservations; very good to know! I plan on seeing the Palio one day (it's on my "bucket list") and the concept of reserving a place on a balcony sounds much better than standing out in the sun, particularly with a camera (and Brunello )  in hand.

The Piazza Del Campo is a challange to photograph, I really like the way you captured it!
