well, you convinced me to keep it, I have 2 years warranty so, if it becomes a serious problem I always can send it back.

Anyways, I noticed a red spot while using the video function, however it's not in any photos I've taken for testing purposes, even on higher ISOs it didn't show up. It only appears in video mode, that is kind of strange.

I won't use the video function how-ever, so I don't worry about that.
