Well, have you tried the software yourself? That was a question asked of you. You can download it, no cost, from Sigma websites around the world. Lots of people have made SD1(M), DP2Merrill and perhaps even some DP1Merrill  X3F files available.

I've used it for almost 900 photos. Sure it could be improved... I'd like it to load faster.... but it's really not so bad. IMHO. Remember, it a raw processor  not a full-fledged editing program. Although I'd like to see trim/straighten added, as in Canon's DPP. Actually SPP is rather similar to DPP... and I use DPP to crop Sigma files after saving as a TIFF or JPEG!
