FZ 200 studio shot update
Oct 12, 2012

I happened upon a thread that  mentioned using the on camera flash to trigger a remote flash, and so I tried this morning. I am using 3 alien bee flashes. It took a few tries to get it going but finally I, somewhat, figured things out, so maybe it will help others. The shot below was taken at 2000th @2.8, I find this amazing. Problems reared their ugly faces when I turned on the 3rd flash. I got no flash exposure, even though the flashes went off. With some practice I think this could be a decent studio camera, at least as good as my first Olympus E20 (5meg). You will have to judge for yourselves. I hope to have a live human soon to try it out on.

Alien Bee 1600 @1/8th power, 30x60 softbox, 8ft high tilted down, 5ft away at 40 degrees and feathered 40%
