Anyone in the US receive their XE1 yet?

I have lots of Fuji gear and love it but have never been able to get a handle on delivery dates.  There are so many different ones being offered even after Fuji announced a launch date, that you do not know who to believe.

My biggest concern like so many others, is that if you buy a non USA Fuji product, meaning imported by Fuji USA, is how the warranty will work.  If, as an example I buy from Hong Kong, Canada, Germany, is the camera covered in the USA?
