G15 & Samsung EX2f & Nikon P7700 ISO performance

I agree, low light performance is not equal to high ISO - was not clear on that. However, while you can get good pics with ISO1600 with a G1x, you will have problems starting at ISO400 with the small sensor cameras. A faster lens helps, but not that much...  ...besides, I like to be able to shoot in Auto ISO and not have to worry all the time if the picture will turn out lousy due to high ISOs.  I had a G9 before and hated it for its lousy higher ISO performance...
