DPR: Why the odd Poll choices?

Why are the Poll choices so narrow, and more importantly, given such narrow choices, why isn't the last option "None of the above" rather than the self indulgent "Do what you want, nobody listens to me etc...".

I won't be choosing any of the available options. But a "None of the above" would have at least let me tell you I think there are better choices to be had.
