Simple flash question.

I am new to Micro 4/3 system. After using the OM-D Em-5 I am considering my Nikon D7000 and lenses to switch over to the micro 4/3.

I see that Olympus and Panasonic lenses are interchangeable. I would like to know if it is the same with the Flashes too? I want to use these flashes off camera just like the Nikon CLS.
