EM-5 waterproofing is meaningless and NOT covered under warenty....

The water proofing is a nice to have but you are foolish if you believe Oly is covering water damage under warranty.... they are not.
All my Nikon's have weather sealing. That does not mean I am stupid enough to subject them to water on purpose. I do my best to keep them dry, and that is the attitude everyone should have. I see photos where new EM5 owners soak there camera and pound there chest displaying photos of their water drenched cameras..... very stupid.
Keep your gear warm and dry. Carry a rain cover... that what I use, or an umbrella.
