Canon EF-S 10-22 loose in the middle

I have the lens since 3 or 4 years and have always been very careful with it. No drops, no extreme temperatures... However, a week ago I noticed that the lens is wobbling in the middle. One can also see the picture jumping a bit in the viewfinder. It seems that something got loose in the middle, ok not as extreme as on this video http://vimeo.com/29228659, but seems to be a similar problem.

Did anybody else noticed something like this? Is there any easy solution or I have to send it to Canon for a repair?
