You can get a Leica OUFRO adapter, difficult to find but turns every lens to a macro lens:

Alternatively you can get a Leica 50mm dual focus lens:

The last option is to buy close up filters but you will not get quite as good results.
Using M42 or any other lenses is an option but requires buying new lenses and having slightly bigger lenses. The OUFRO adapter is the best way in my view if you can find one.
