Minolta Maxxum lenses for Olympus camera

I have a friend whose Dad had a Minolta Maxxum 7xi film camera and 4 AF lenses. The lenses are 28-105 mm AF, 28-85 mm AF, 100-300 mm AF, and a 50 mm AF. She wants me to sell them. I know that I can get an adapter for my E-510 so that I can use the lenses, but is it worth it? What about image quality and ease of use? I assume I would have to use manual focus with these lenses. Does anyone have experience with using these lenses with an E-510? Thanks.
