Nikkor 24-120 f/3.5-5.6 G VR

In my experience, it's hit or miss. Though, even when it's "hit," the lens is amongst one of the softest Nikon products I've ever owned, throughout,  the focal length.

In good bright light, at f.7 to f.8, I can obtain acceptable web images. But, I've yet to capture an image with this lens that I'd bother printing, and I've not used the lens in nearly 2-years.

My recommendation is to avoid it. But, that's just my $0.02.
