Fitting a DMW-FA1 Lens adapter to my LX7

Hi, Just to check when using the original DMW-FA1 with a fairly thin profile filter, does it block the flash at wide angle? I am using a 3rd party adapter and I can see the shadow of the adapter at the right hand corner. With normal hoya UV HMC filter on, it is even worst.
