18-135 Lens f-stop Issue

Thanks for your reply.  I have tried a Sony 70-300G and a Sigma 18-250 OS HSM lens.  They both work correctly and all three show correct in exif.  I did notice I had a 1.04 firmware so I updated the camera to 1.05 but no change.  The contacts are clean, they better be new! lol.

I am thinking the lens is a dud, and will have to exchange it.
