PLEASE Get Rid of the Mouse-Over Feature!!!

Talk about the most useless, annoying, and obtrusive site 'feature' that one could possibly implement! I honestly cannot handle it much more. If DPR doesn't want to totally dispense with it, then PLEASE make it optional!
And while you're at it, please make the menu across the top a 'click on' feature, and not a mouse-over feature.
I cannot navigate this forum anymore without countless mouse-over pop-up windows either totally obscuring what I am wanting to see, or just plain being an idiotic distraction. Clean it up, please, DPR.
