While cleaning a large amount of dust gathered in the penta-mirror box of my Nikon D3100

While cleaning a large amount of dust gathered in the penta-mirror box of my Nikon D3100.I have taken out the focusing screen, then realized the dust has gathered there.But I cant go further. Is there any way to get access into the box? Its expensive to change the mirror. Could large blowers help?
