Do you have the power rating for this battery? The Panasonic is rated at 1200 mAh or 8.7 Wh.
How many charging cycles have you put the battery through? Does its embedded microchip provide a reasonably accurate gauge of the power level and the power remaining? Some of the cheap replacement batteries show (nearly) full power until the very end and then they drop suddenly to zero power.
