Customer satisfaction ratings.  That is all.  No android phone gets the ratings that Apple gets.  Of course the Android folks attribute that to brain-washing, marketing, the supposed "idiocy" of apple consumers, etc.  What I've found is that Android folks are too emotionally invested in the debate as to which is better.  It belies an innate insecurity, having always to defend their gadget of choice.  God forbid someone in the world should think that Apple gadgets are good.
