C-mount wide angle

Hi all -

Looks like Penta won't be giving us a useable wide prime for a while.  So I am shopping eBay with everyone else for a C-mount wide of some flavor.  Problem is.. the conversion factor has me baffled.  I see lenses there from 4.5mm to 75mm, and the 4.5s look like they are borderline fish eye.  Anyone have a c-mount wide that is actually wide on the Q?  Thanks for the heads up in advance.
