D3 SB900 to D4 SB910

I am having a bit of trouble with my D4 SB910 combo. With my D3 SB900 combo used outdoors with TTL BL (balanced fill flash) in aperture priority the photos were perfect. I was able to control depth of field and the photos were perfectly exposed. With my D4 SB910 combo using TTL BL the photos are way overexposed. The only way to get the right exposure (not using manual) is to use Program (P), thus losing my control of depth of field. Any thoughts?
