First Bird Shots with the 50-200mm Lens :Cs & Cs Please

Hello,

Here are some bird shots taken recently with my newly acquired 50-200mm Non-SWD lens.Dont know what went wrong when I posted these in the Sunday Bird thread-lets hope that I don't make the same mistake again.

All shots are  JPEGs straight out of the camera taken hand-held.They have only either been cropped or resized for the web.Camera body is the E-620.Please post your comments on this work of mine.Thanking you all in anticipation.
