I don't know about the Voigtlander, but I have been using the Novoflex adapter for nearly three years. It has a continuous aperture ring which helps a lot if you have Pentax DA lenses (or any other lens) without aperture rings. The build quality is really high, I have been using this with my legacy 28 f/2.8, 50 f/1.4 100-300 f/4-5.6 and 70-210 f/3.8-5.6 lenses, without any problems. It is quite expensive, but I thought it was worth it.
