FZ200 back up batteries

Any more news on spare batteries for the FZ200? I have considered the Wasabi two-battery plus charger kit sold on Amazon but am leery of the warning that states: "This battery was not decoded at the time of manufacture. Your camera will not display the battery's run time when used with a non-decoded battery". I seem to remember the same issue with this kit for the FZ150 -- and hearing that these batteries WILL show the battery meter on that camera..
