It would have knocked your socks off. It's replacement is not even in the rumor mill stage and it's menus are far from complicated, in my opinion. They're so popular Amazon only had 4 in stock the last time I looked and even used ones are selling on eBay for very close to what new ones cost.

My $0.02, but I think the "7" is one of the best bodies on the market, in any price range.
