Votes what kind of system is that?????????????

As an example:

Brad got +1 and -4 votes in the Bootstrap Sunday Scapes: http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/post/50020512 ... are they anonymous and what kind of reasons lie behind those votes. It seems morew plausible to me that a vote should be known as who is responsible for that vote, it seems logical to me that it is visible from who a vote comes and that reason is given why a positive or a negative vote is cast.

Now you really can get a person into a corner by using a personal reason for a negative vote, and if enough people do so the votes said you're not a good photograph or someting else, all based on anonimous votes. Absolutely rediculous ... absolutely rediculous.
