Does the EF-S 15-85 creep?

Had mine for about 14 months, and while it wasn't horrible, mine would creep while walking if I let it dangle on my neck strap. It was pretty snug at 15mm, but after 5-10 minutes of walking, the lens would eventually creep to about 24mm then it was all over and it would slide down to about 70mm.
