Is Nikon P7700 + Flash SB-400 a good combo?

I already own a Nikon D700 + SB-800 + many Nikon lens

Struggling whether to buy a D600 or a D800,

I actually want something lighter, so I could take it when I am

with my 3 and 6 years old daughters and family.

Is Nikon P7700 + Flash SB-400 a good combo?

I like bounce flash very much? Or should I just use the (bigger and better) SB-800?
I think the SB800 probably looks too big on P7700

Does any one have experience of a SB800 on a P series digicam?
