Need advice on accesories/D800

Aside from the camera body+lenses, I was thinking in the following list of accesories to purchase, I'd appreciate your suggestions for the following items:

1) Intervalometer (do I need one for long bulb exposures, timelapse?)

2) SD/Compact Flash memory

3) Tripod

4) Camera/lenses carrying case/backpack

5) Sensor/Lens cleaning kit

6) Extra battery

7) Lens filters?

8) I have a Garmin Montana GPS...can I hook it up to the D800? Any special cable needed?

7) Any other item??
