FZ200 owners, could you check something for me please (lateral lens movement)
Oct 6, 2012

Hi there.

Just got my FZ200 today and loving it.  Just wanted to check my camera is "normal".  If I hold the camera as if I was going to take a shot and then rotate it clockwise or anticlockwise by 90 degress I can hear a "light clunk". On closer inspection, I have noticed that the lens has a little play in it on the horizontal axis when set to widest angle.  When fully zoomed the lens is solid.  I have not noticed any lens creep or focusing problems, just that little looseness.  And it is very little. I'm hoping as the lens isn't fixed solidly to the camera (it has to glide out) that this is normal.

Could someone check their's please?

Cheers,

Fl.
