M42 adapter?

I would get a Bayonet mount adapter, plus a 'standard' M42 adapter for the chosen mount. Then you  have a choice. I'm using a Kipon PK, but I'm sure there are others.  Depends on which range of old lenses you like and what cameras you own (or have had in the past).
