Leica M8 (silver) + Thumbs Up + Grip ($2000 OBO)

I bought this Leica from FredMiranda a few months ago, because I wanted the true RF experience. It was a very good experiment, but now I am ready to move on.
This M8 is in very good condition (please see pictures), and will come with a Thumbs Up, a Grip, Manuals, Charger, Battery, and Strap. Unfortunately, I don't have the box (wasn't part of my purchase).
Also, I have replaced the cover with Aki Asahi. The grip is far far better now.
The shutter count is 4678 (Image Unique ID: 00000000000000000000000000001246).
I am looking for $2000 including shipping, paypal fee, and insurance.
