Problem with creating a Photo book

I am sure Blurb produces excellent prints. I've nothing against Blurb or am not biased towards other labs. Simply, when I went to these websites and started creating a book, I found Mixbook presets more varied and flexible than Blurb.

Since you've used Blurb before, did you use LR4 to create a book? If not, would you mind explaining the workflow you followed from pp to upload to get a finished book?
