I used to be obsessed with making panoramas when I first started shooting and haven't done much since. I was using PTAssembler at the time.
Now I have a series of images that make up 360 at the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean. I ran it through photoshop and was disappointed as the horizon is just mismatched over the ocean, and that I couldn't get it to begin at the correct image (I want the house on the left and sunset on right). It probably matches to the waves that are coming in having moved between frames. I downloaded PTMac (same as PTAssembler) and was horrified at the curved pano it gave me. As well as I think I know that software by making some tweaks, I couldn't get anything straight out of it.
Does anybody have software recommendations? This is the rough photoshop output:
