Even up to ISO 6400 I don't see much difference at 100% magnification. Maybe a bit more chroma noise on the Oly but certainly nothing to worry about. I'm sure the larger sensor will have a bit more bandwidth for processing and dynamic range etc but the differences are negligible to me personally. I mostly shoot at ISO 200 and I would have to invest in some seriously good/expensive/heavy lenses to notice an appreciable difference. Of course you will have more dof control with the larger sensor, but again that's not really a biggie for me. I have the lenses to give me what I want. Unless you really need that extra control I'm not sure what you're really gaining anymore. I think m4/3's really has come of age now. I'm not saying a camera like the D600 doesn't have it uses but it's certainly not an attractive proposition for me personally, YMMV.
