Need Recommendations For A Monitor

I purchase the hardware for my company. I have 6 Mac Pros, all with dual screens.

I purchased U2311H, U2412M, U2410, and cinema displays. Cinema displays are usually spot on but I've been buying Dell for the last 2-3 years because we color check everything with a broadcast TV. I've been happiest with the U2412M. Out of the 3 Dells, they are very accurate. The other two needed calibration because they were way off and they still arent perfect. The U2412Ms have been the closest to the cinema displays and have needed very little correction. I prefer to edit images on those monitors.
