One thing you also need to consider is how they feel in your hand. For me I hated the way the d600 felt with a professional lens mounted when compared to say a d3 or a d800. This is particularly important if you are on a location shoot or shooting over an extended time period.
To me comfort is a big thing as that means I can hold the camera 'better' which improves keepers and reduces photography fatigue. But maybe that's just me
