micro-AF adjustment a77

I just got my a77 and 2.8 16-50.  How can I tell if the micro-AF needs adjusting?

I shot some portraits yesterday.  This lens has a super shallow DOF at 2.8 or there is a problem.  The focus point was on the right corner of her left eye.  This is directly out of the camera. iso200 f2.8 50mm  160th/sec

Please let me know what you think.  I am shooting a wedding this weekend.  I want everything to be tack sharp.
