I got one from Amazon...it's not truly a flash, but 16 LED lights mounted in a ring housing. If you have the JTec Cold shoe adapter, you can mount the Battery Unit that powers the ring on top of the NEX. It comes with several adapters (49mm for example)

Got decent results with a Vivitar Series 1 28-90mm f/2.8-3.5 Macro focusing lens and the Macro Ring. If you are doing in-house macro photography, the kit comes with an AC cord so you can power the Ring without depleting batteries. Basic controls, OFF-BATT-AC, and on the ring ALL-LEFT HALF-RIGHT-HALF (switch between all LED, all the LED from the Left Half and then Right Half)

EDIT: Forgot to say that you can get one for maybe..36USD cannot remember well for how much I got mine from Amazon US.

What is the biggest F number you can achieve with this ring-light at iso 400?

Now I adapted my DIY ring flash adapter to the F20S flash and f18-f25 is not a problem for close subjects even at iso 200:
