Thank you for sharing your thoughts and suggestions with me Silver Fox.  I agree with you about the little XZ-1.  For such a small camera, I feel it does a wonderful job and this is coming from someone who is brand new to this hobby.  I'm absolutely sure that my inexperience is holding this camera's potential back, but am still very pleased with much of what I've been able to do with it.
